Ms. Babione earned her BSBA in Accounting with honors from the University of Central Florida.

She has been a partner with Babione, Kuehler & Company since 1992. Prior to joining BKC, she held a partner position with a local firm in Orlando. In addition, Ms. Babione has 11 years of experience with Ernst & Young. Her experience includes estate planning, retirement planning, corporate tax (including public companies), multi-state taxation, consolidated returns, partnership, fiduciary and individual taxes.

She also has significant experience dealing with the I.R.S. in audit and specialized areas. Her experience includes tax shelter analysis, writing ruling requests, tax protests, offer in compromise agreements, installment agreements and various other audit and collection procedures. Ms. Babione has offered her expert testimony in court.

Ms. Babione has authored tax articles for the Central Florida Physician, the Tax Advisor and Brevard Business News, as well as other local newsletters. She has appeared on WKIS Radio "News Talk 74 with Clive Thomas" and "At Your Service with Lynn Levine". She has appeared as guest speaker for the Knights of Columbus, and the Central Florida Tax Roundtable in connection with Estate Planning. Ms. Babione was selected for Business/Professional Woman of the Year by the Women’s Executive Council of Orlando for 1997.

Ms. Babione is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Business Women’s Association, the Central Florida Estate Planning Council and the Citrus Civitan Club of Orlando.
