Mr. Kuehler has been with Babione, Kuehler & Company since 1992. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Taxation at the University of Central Florida.

As the partner-in-charge of accounting and auditing, Mr. Kuehler is versed on current developments of the FASB (Financial Accounting Standards Board), the AICPA’s SAS (Statements on Auditing Standards) and other accounting and auditing issues.

Corporate tax issues are important to the firm’s clients and Mr. Kuehler spends a good deal of his time researching ways to minimize these taxes. Recently, he attended the Florida Institute of Federal Taxation Conference. The conference lasted three days and covered many important tax matters.

Mr. Kuehler has been active in litigation support since 1993 and is experienced with courtroom procedures. He has testified in both business civil suits and IRS criminal investigations. Attorneys have successfully used Mr. Kuehler’s expert testimony to win cases for their clients.

Small business consulting is the backbone of our firm and Mr. Kuehler is always striving to improve the bottom line for small businesses. His special expertise is in the medical field. As a member of the IPA Association of America, he has the opportunity to attend conferences and network with the medical profession. This enables Mr. Kuehler to give firm clients valuable information that they can use in their daily operations.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
