John Roicki brings over two decades of accounting experience to his role as Partner at Babione Kuehler & Company, where he has been a valued team member since 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego and a master’s degree in accounting from Nova Southeastern University.

John specializes in accounting and attestation services, tax compliance and planning, and small business consulting. His expertise spans federal and multi-state tax compliance, with a strong focus on the construction and real estate industries. He also provides strategic support to small businesses in areas such as bookkeeping, tax planning, and financial consulting—helping clients navigate complex regulations and achieve their financial goals with clarity and confidence.

John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and industry engagement.

Outside the office, John is deeply involved in his community. He serves as Treasurer of the Lake Mary Youth Football Association and actively participates in several youth programs across Central Florida. A dedicated coach and mentor, John is passionate about guiding young athletes—not just in sports, but in life—instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and community through every practice and game.
