Marci Babione brings over 40 years of accounting experience to her role as Partner at Babione Kuehler & Company, a position she has held since 1992. A graduate with honors from the University of Central Florida, Marci earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Before joining BKC, Marci was a partner at a respected Orlando-based accounting firm and spent 11 years at Ernst & Young, where she developed deep expertise in tax and financial consulting across a wide range of industries. Marci’s practice focuses on tax and management consulting, estate and retirement planning, and litigation support. She leads a team of CPAs whose work spans corporate taxation—including engagements with multi-state taxation, consolidated filings, and tax services for partnerships, fiduciaries, and individuals. Her extensive experience in IRS representation includes criminal defense, audits of income, payroll, and estate tax returns, collections, tax shelter evaluations, private ruling requests, protest filings, offers in compromise, and installment agreements. She frequently collaborates with tax attorneys, offering expert insight in complex tax litigation matters. A recognized thought leader, Marci has authored articles for The Tax Advisor, Central Florida Physician, Brevard Business News, and other regional publications. She has also shared her expertise on radio programs such as WKIS’s News Talk 74 with Clive Thomas and At Your Service with Lynn Levine, and has presented for organizations including the Knights of Columbus and the Central Florida Tax Roundtable. Marci is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). She served as President of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council from 2015 to 2016 and remains an active member. Outside of her professional life, Marci is a passionate animal lover—a trait she has passed on to her daughter, who is pursuing a degree in veterinary medicine. Marci treasures time spent with her daughter, family, and beloved pets.
