With over four decades of experience in accounting, Mark Kuehler has been a cornerstone of Babione Kuehler & Company since becoming a Partner in 1992. He holds both a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Central Florida.

Mark’s expertise spans a wide array of tax planning and compliance services for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, individuals, trusts, and estates. His deep knowledge of multi-state taxation, consolidated filings, retirement planning, and IRS representation—particularly in correspondence and audit matters—makes him a trusted advisor to clients across industries.

In addition to his tax practice, Mark oversees quality control for the firm’s audit and review services. His audit experience includes work with clients in real estate construction and development, medical and professional services, and the broader service industry.

Mark is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).

Beyond his professional achievements, Mark is proud to be building a legacy through his two sons, both of whom have followed in his footsteps with degrees in accounting and a strong command of the profession. In his personal time, Mark enjoys sharing baseball games and concerts with his wife, daughter, and sons. He’s also an avid model railroading enthusiast, finding joy in the creativity and craftsmanship of the hobby.
